Snapping the end piece into place locks the holder closed until it is unlocked with a special key (sold separately). Now you can issue cards locked into the case that can’t be tampered with until they’re returned to your badging office to be changed. This rigid, polycarbonate case holds up to two standard thickness cards (.030” per card or .060” total).
